Mathew contacted me and came to see the job the same day, he then started the job two days later. I cannot praise him and alistairs work highly enough from keeping me informed as to what he was doing to the finished job which was absolutely spot on. This was first time on rated so I was obviously a bit dubious but these guys laid all that to rest. My neighbour was that impressed that he is painting her house next week. Came with short notice, took care with the work, uncovered other significant problems organised a bricklayer to correct issues before completing the work rather than rushing through the job, and having further problems arise in future years. I would recommend this company.

Excellent work, Ben is very good at letting you know what is happening. I am glad I followed his recommendation of a wooden loft ladder, it is much easier to pull down than the aluminium versions and sturdier to walk up. The loft is now well insulated and floored. Ben cleared up and took away all the rubbish.

Came on time, quoted and did the work straight away. Gave me advice on what needed doing and what didn't and provided before and after photos also provided 5 year guarantee for the work. We're very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!
