Did a reasonable job of the actual repairs but hired scaffolders who left equipment blocking our garden gate, driveway and public path for over 6 weeks. Tom started ignoring calls and texts and wouldn't supply the contact details of the scaffolders. Only emailing Tom with a threat of reporting them to the HSE prompted any action. While Tom can't be held responsible for the scaffolders, his lack of communication or support was a huge letdown

Pleasant polite and down to earth, came when he said he would, completed the job in the time he said, wasn't too painful on the pocket and didn't charge a penny more than he quoted, as a single woman dealing with male tradesman I felt comfortable that's a big plus, thanks again Tom
Slate & Tiled Roof
Tom knew what the issue was but went to the effort of removing a couple of tiles to confirm, which provided peace-of-mind. Competitive quote provided & accepted. Work carried out the following week & Tom also dealt with an unexpected rodent issue! Happy with the work carried out & Tom has kindly offered to return soon to check on the rodent issue. Only negative was it took 2wks to receive invoice/guarantee, during which time I was worringly unable to reach Tom - he advised this was due to a family emergency
