We are a family run business and have been in the plumbing and drainage industry for 15 plus years.
We offer our services for small plumbing jobs to large trace and access and also offer work via insurance companies.

We specialise in leak detection with the use of our inspection camera as well as all drainage issues, we have high pressured waters jetters.

plumber taken money without doing any job, only changed the waste trap vandalised the whole house lost thousands in damages

They came promptly and did the work within about 75 minutes, but they did not give any indication of the price charged. Then I got a bill for £1280. When I said that was really ridiculous they said they had sent me the wrong bill (ye, right) and it should have been £980 This too was much too high. I would be very careful before taking on these people and don't know how they can be on this platform..

Ashely initially appears honest although he is very inexperienced, unprofessional and pulls quotation figures out of thin air. he was unable to identify the problem and therefore went through a myriad of potential remedies which he kept billing me for before working out what the actual issue was. I had a blocked Kitchen sink when I contacted Ashley via Active Plumbing £700 later I still have a blocked sink, a gaping whole in the back of my kitchen units and a leaking sink. 1/10 Avoid at all costs.
Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
We hired Active to address damp issues. Within a year, the work has failed. Plaster is bulging and cracking and the damp has returned. An new plumber has confirmed that the wrong materials were used and are guaranteed to fail. They denied responsibility rather than offering any solution or support. This was a large spend, and the results have been short lived and poorly executed . I would strongly caution anyone considering using them - the work quality, product knowledge and aftercare have all been poor
