Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend

She came with an immigrants who can’t speak who speaks Portuguese. He started urging about the amount of job to be done, The parking payment that we already discussed about the free parking on single yellow line and on street on Saturday in Battersea. They also argued about not connecting the electric for the extractor fan which I was happy for them not to do but decided to leave and waste my day.

Excellent work done by Niti. He is very hardworking and very skilled person. Takes the job seriously. He worked relentlessly for weeks in a row and gave me the bathroom of my dreams. I Highly Recommend him. I also appreciate Anna who managed the project very well and was available early and late hours for recommendations.
