Oleksandr Marchuk's quotation was a little higher than others, but he understood the degree of difficulty, particularly as regards access to some areas of the exterior of the building and I had confidence in him from the start . The finished job was completed on time, he worked diligently throughout rarely stopping for a break .The finished job was excellent and I would definitely use him again.
