Efficient, courteous and punctual. They came, listened, analysed the situation and identified the problem. We agreed what the problem was and they suggested two options and we went with the upgrade. I was informed that they would like me to rate them on the job, which will go a long way in building their good reputation. The budget was small, because the job was small and the job was accepted. They came, did the job efficiently and completed the repairs. There was an issue with the flow-rate and they investigated by swapping out the input - we decided on the original input flow. They changed it back and left the site with a happy customer. I am happy to recommended them to anyone.
