Bad job for me because he recommended for me to replace washing machine, but it turned out the dishwasher was leaking and the washing machine is 100% fine. Poor communication on billing also had including a surprise charge for 2 electrician's which I didn't like. And I could have sold a good washing machine and kept a faulty dishwasher if I trusted his advice.

The fault was diagnosed as the washing machine, not the dishwasher. This was clearly explained and also documented in a timestamped video sent to you. The washing machine was the only appliance disconnected. You contacted me around 9pm, and I attended again the same night to restore power by approx. 10–10:30pm. All work was carried out safely and professionally with clear communication throughout. Kind regards,

Used for installation of a replacement extractor fan. They contacted me promptly, quoted a competitive price and even came out on a Sunday. Taha was friendly and professional. Job done well including making good around the edge of the new unit and cleaning up. Very happy and highly recommended
