Craig contacted, quoted which was competitively priced. During the conversation he advised that the completed work would come with certificate to confirm compliance etc. Work was done on 25/08/26, as of 03/09/26, no certificate. I have a full whatsapp conversation him every day promising to send it over and it never arrives, the only excuse I haven't had is that the dog ate it! Which has me questioning is the work he's done compliant? He harassed me within an hour for the money when the work completed.

​Extremely unreliable – Did not hire Very poor experience. He repeatedly changed appointment times with my tenant at short notice and flaked. On top of that, his quotes were inconsistent and kept changing. Due to his total lack of professionalism and dishonesty, I decided NOT to hire him and blocked him. Strongly advise against using him.

  Initial scheduling and pricing issues arose before starting—including a missed evening appointment without notice, short-notice changes next morning, and a higher quote on a reposted listing. As a result, we didn't proceed. Afterwards, the contractor reached out repeatedly via call, text, and WhatsApp to sincerely apologize and take full responsibility. While we didn't work together, I acknowledge his persistence, accountability, and effort to resolve the situation maturely.
