Was called out for bathroom leak. Money taken but problem hasn't been solved unfortunately. Disappointed. Having to call someone else out to do the job.

Hi Sajna, thank you for the first review you posted a month ago. I'm sorry to hear you had to call another plumber to come. Please understand I have have only been paid for the first leak which you gave a good review on last month confirming the job has been sorted. To recall on our last conversation, It was agreed I would come out to fix the leak which occurred a month later for a small call out fee and charge for parts only however you declined. I hope the problem has been resolved.
