Rhys was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently and in a good timeframe. Very reasonable price for the job too at half the cost of some others. Would hire again.

Had a job done just over a month ago and same problem again when asking for someone to the job my price range was at a lower range when I was contacted he said looking at £150 fare to then be charged double no warning as job was going on so very disappointed happily paid full amount thinking the job would be done and wasn’t so no better off and down finance and shower

You was explained that shower was cracked/snapped and in poor condition. You asked if it would hold out as wanted new bathroom in few months which I said it could do. You didn’t state it was leaking everywhere till we turned up also. And I explained also that on one setting it was tripping out but on lesser heat setting was fine and water warm enough. You offered what you wanted to do ? As had new shower you bought there but you wanted to chance it Had rcd changed too remember?t

It was not leaking! Regardless if I was getting a new bathroom in few months or not I was expecting this to least cover until clearly some mixed communication however I was under the impression that apart from the electrical switches which you did mention the job was done do I need to contact trading standards here as I feel that a guarantee is needed
