Giuseppe was really helpful and professional. He fixed the issue I called him for and also pointed out some other things worth keeping an eye on, without trying to upsell me on unnecessary work. Arranged a time to come and do an EICR, but he never showed up. Been zero communication and I needed this done quite urgently. Pretty confused
