  Came to fix my toilet which was using too much water put a new ball cock in said if I needed more water to turn a small screw I can't turn the screw bought spanners and pliers still can't turn it my son tried he can't I now have to use a bucket to flush it.Did call him but no answer left a message no reply Would I hire him again no.
