Paul was great. We had a random bunch of problems with our heating. He came out quickly, figured out the issue and provided a quote promptly and included extra things we needed. He went further to help me find special radiator coloured fittings for even cheaper than I thought they’d be and arrived immediately after my parts came. I’m 8.5 months pregnant so this was all hugely appreciated! Thanks Paul - you’ll absolutely have a returning customer
Gas Boiler - Repair
Did not feel the engineer knew what he was doing. Over a week before the job I told him I didn't have a key for my filter. However he didn't offer to buy one for me before the visit or when he arrived to do the service. So the filter wasn't cleaned and the quote he gave me included cleaning of the filter. However, he still took the full amount quoted £80 for the service. He didn't check the radiators to see if they were heating up properly, when I asked him to do this, he seemed surprised.
