Bill and his team has done a very nice job for replacement of main roof and porch roof as well as gutter for my let property. He understands as a landlord, I need to keep the budget low and he has been so helpful and offer reasonably good price, and still keep the job done very nicely and quickly. Great job fixing roof after a very large tree branch caused damage when it fell from a neighbouring property. While conducting the work found some areas that compromised on the roof and recommended and implemented a fix at a reasonable cost. Very courteous, professional and polite.
