Michael was brilliant. He responded very quickly to my post, and though I ordinarily prefer to speak to different tradesmen before hiring, he inspired so much confidence that I took him on without hesitation. He was at my flat within a couple of hours, and did an absolutely excellent job. As well as sealing the large hole I was worried about, he blocked other gaps I didn't even know existed, and kept me informed throughout - all for a very decent price. Couldn't recommend him more.
