Michael agreed the job with me over five weeks ago. He repeatedly failed to come and do the job, despite two polite reminder messages. Michael did not even bother to respond to my last message. Now I have to start the process again with another contractor. Very disappointing experience.
uPVC Fascias / Soffits / Cladding
Job executed correctly, although quote was very high compared to few others I got after John completed it. During the work, John dropped a hammer from the ladder by mistake, which ended up damaging my neighbor property. I had to call him back once I saw the hammer in my neighbor front yard and found the smashed pieces in the front. Despite various promises of replacing/fixing/paying some compensation, it's been now 2 months and John stopped replying me. Not professional at all
Wooden Cladding /Fascias/ Soffits
This was a small job and i didn't know if anyone would be interested. However, John got in touch and turned up on time. He had a look at what needed to be done and gave me a quote. I considered this to be acceptable. He then started work and had the job finished in just over an hour. I found the work to be of a good standard and so have no hesitation in recommending his company.
