After being messed around by a builder who quoted for the job and then refused to turn up, I rang legacy building back. He understood all my needs, asked relevant questions and was very able to demonstrate his understanding of my standards. His team arrived on time. All of his team were very professional in their approach, manner and dress. He was always on hand to offer advice and make suggestions, even though the guys knew exactly what they were doing. They all got stuck in and where necessary
