Maurice called next day of posting and arranged to come around to discuss. Had to come back again next due to bad weather. Cause of leak determined and work agreed. Unfortunately (for me) rotten joists were discovered whilst roof stripped back (they were in a terrible state) and which could not be left. Maurice and his team carried out my roof repair the next day to a high standard, kept me informed of progress and left everything very tidy. Would recommend.
