What a waste of time Mark is! I confirmed through WhatsApp messages and rate people our appointment time but when he failed to show up, upon asking he argued that you did not come back to me. I have screenshot of all the conversations to prove it. Good luck to anyone whoever wants to use him.

. I sent a WhatsApp message asking if one o’clock on 24/4/25 would be good for an appointment on Friday 25/4/25, to which i had no reply until after 1 clock via WhatsApp on the day. Furhat enlightened me she replied via rated people which I didn’t see until she brought to my attention , then told me her husband has found an alternative tradesman. This is due to a breakdown in communication crossing message platforms nothing more, all the best & Take care mark

I asked on 24th if Mark is available to come tomorrow (25/04/25). To which he replied 'yes' he can come to me. I said 'okay thanks, see you tomorrow ' just tell me the time you are coming. Then he said 1 o clock. I went to rate people website and confirmed the times within 30 minutes of his message so the place he had my number from also know " an appointment has been made between us". He did not show up. And has been arguing that I did not reply to him on time. No one wants this unprofessional attitude.

Really sorry , you have just admitted you messaged me on WhatsApp to arrange a visit Friday which was correct , I replied ( via WhatsApp ) asking if 1pm was ok , you replied (via rated people) which I didn’t see until later this afternoon. If you had replied to question on the same platform as the question (via WhatsApp) i would have visited , as I’m Bristol based , travelling to Newport not knowing if you in or free is not feesable. There’s been aCommunication error nothing more. Thanks mark

You replied to my comment straight away today, must be receiving kind of an email or notification from rate people every time!! Yet you are saying you did not receive my message on rate people where I gave you my house address and said 1 o clock is okay almost 12 hours before the actual app time?? You are blaming rated people platform that they don't alert you straight away and there is a lag in their system!! Simply you are not admitting your lag of checking messages and naming it miscommunication?

You told me you had messaged me on rated people and were going to leave me a negative review. I checked the rated app for the message you sent replying to my WhatsApp on Thursday evening which I didn’t see and you have proceeded to leave a review so I replied. I haven’t once said your lying, the convo on another app crossed over to this platform the message wasn’t picked up as is a contrast of communication platforms confusing the situation opposed to sticking to one platform to communicate.

Hello Chris. I’m abit confused to this rating/feedback. I spoke to you via message on the app and booked you in for Monday after 11:30am as you asked along with bringing to your attention that the ironmongery you had purchased wasn’t correct. Since then I haven’t heard anything from you , not Even a message to notify you had sorted another tradesman so I’m baffled to get this feedback, none the less , Hope the work goes well and please read my other reviews to see how I run my business Thanks mark
