Steve was quick to reply to my messages with straight forward and easily understood information. He arrived early and did a great job. His quote was also the most competitive of the three I received. Highly recommended.
Internal Lighting
Nice guy, a little too sensitive ego and would easily take offence if asked questions or presented alternative ideas. he was not flexible when I wanted to add things to list which he would be payed for. Not open to communicate and discuss issues if different from plan nor did he try to reassure me. It was difficult.The work he did was good but he left some live wires uncapped which isn’t good for plasterer and he decided not to come back and complete. I went elsewhere.Not professional. Misunderstanding?

As I mentioned at our numerous meetings I conduct my work to the rec nice standard of BS7671. I don’t deviate from that for anyone. I take advice from customers with regards to the location of certain items within the regulations the type of item they want installed but absolutely not the type of cable, the diameter of cable, the rating of the cable et cetera. if I were to do that I would be completely going against the regulations. No cables were left unsafe that is a fabrication of the truth.
