Gas Boiler - Installation
Paul was competitively priced. Helpful and did a good job fitting new boiler, radiators and bathroom. Quickly got on with the job. Would recommend. However worth noting he works alone (on my job anyway) and I was onsite, to help out with some two man 'lifting and shifting'. He omitted to connect the boiler controlled preheat function and wanted to charge to come back to do this. A 20 min job that would have taken 1 minute during initial installation. Reluctant (but relented) to include a gas safety cert.

Paul was very polite from start to finish. He carried out the job of installing a new boiler quickly and got on with the job. We did encounter a slight error in the work which Paul quickly rectified and was proffesional about it

We found Paul on this website after posting our job needs. He and his apprentice Jake arrived as quoted at 830am to replace our boiler. Their work standard is of the highest, both men worked to the highest standard and were very conscious at all times of "our home" and took great care to carry out a complex job with the minimum of disruption to our routines. The whole job was completed by 4pm and all site rubbish was cleared, and we now have a reliable central heating system at a very good price.Top Rated

Our rating for the original boiler replacement job remains unchanged. We have used Paul on two further occasions for work and found his service to be excellent. However.... in our opinion of the two further jobs, the first was all fine, the second was a huge overcharge, £80 for 20 minutes easy and straightforward work changing a shower pump which I had even supplied. £80 for twenty minutes equates to £240 per hour!!

Paul did a number of jobs for us, including removing an old boiler and installing a new one and central heating system and moving pipes. Paul was excellent throughout, turning up the first day and worked through (2 and a half days as quoted) until he had finished. Everything was completed as we asked / said it would be to a high standard and with no fuss. We would highly recommend Paul as he was like able, hard working and reliable. We hope to ask him back soon to do our gas fire!
