When we founded Palin & Jones, we had one simple belief: every customer deserves furniture that's built with the same care and attention we'd want in our own homes.
Too often in this industry, customers are left with poor communication, hidden costs, and a finish that doesn't live up to what was promised. We set out to change that. From the very first conversation to the moment we hand over your finished space, we believe you should receive complete transparency, honest advice, and craftsmanship that speaks for itself.
It all starts with a free design consultation — with your ideas at the heart of it. We listen to what you want, take measurements, and discuss how to make the most of your space. There's no hard sell, just honest conversation about what's possible.
Once we've discussed your vision, we move on to creating a fully bespoke 3D design using premium software — bringing your dream storage solution to life so you can see exactly how it will look and feel in your home. A small design fee of £250.00 is payable before design work commences, and this is deducted from your final order total if you choose to go ahead with us.
From there, your design is refined and adjusted until it's exactly right. Once finalised, we provide an accurate, itemised quote based directly on your approved design — meaning absolutely no hidden costs. You'll know exactly what you're paying for, down to the last detail.
And here's our promise: if you find a better price elsewhere, your design is yours to keep — no questions asked. We're that confident in the value we deliver.
