Solid Wood Flooring
I engaged Pol Builders initially to replace the flooring on my landing. They did an excellent job, ensuring minimum disruption. I was so pleased with the standard of workmanship, they then completed, the hall, stairs and landing redecoration, installing panelling and laying LVT in the hallway to a very high standard. They re-modelled our kitchen units beautifully too. They are polite, efficient and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends.
The POL-BUILD COMPANY was a lifesaver. I was let down by rogue builders for renovation works and fortunately come across POL-BUILD (recommended on the Rated People website). This is definitely a 5-star building company with Teresa (Project Manager) and her team of very competent builders (Valdi and Basil). I found they were reliable, resilient, very hardworking and quick to respond to any problems. Renovations were finished to a very high standard and I will be using them for my future refurbishment works.

We were very pleased with the work carried out on the kitchen worktop. There were a couple of problems, not their fault. This meant them staying late to make sure everything was completed and working, which we appreciated. We would gladly recommend this company.
Every step of the process was clear and transparent. The work was completed on time and to a good standard. No mess and no fuss. Will be using for all of my house maintenance requirements going forward.
Teresa, Valdas, & their team successfully completed a variety of complex building work both internally and externally to our property. Including gutting and rebuilding several rooms as well as a three-story timber staircase. The work was great value and we are delighted with the outcome. All work was completed to an exceptionally high standard and within the quoted timeframe. Would highly recommend.
