Power on TV gentlemen were very polite, helpful and conscientious about makkng sure I understood everything,. A new ariel was fitted surprisingly quickly and TV was working well soon after. This was an excellent service. Many thanks. Lisa & Bob

The technician that arrived was really helpful and gave me lots of advice. However, the set up of the service is not great. I sent pictures of the equipment in advance. Many of my audio devices were outdated and as such could not hook up to my record player or tv. I asked about this before booking the slot. I therefore paid £168 for 3 speaker wires to be connected and told all my equipment was too old to use. Was ignored asking company if I pay once works completed and had to pay in person there and then.

quote was reasonable, easy to deal with prior to the work and the two engineers that turned up to wall mount my TV did a great job. Clean as they brought sheets, hoovered up any mess from the wall channeling and respected the property. Didn't feel like a rush job thing, they made sure everything was level and equal from a quality perspective - would recommend, even if not the cheapest better to get quality workmanship imo.
