Had my herringbone flooring done in September 2024. Had a great experience. They have done it professionally and up to the standard.
Laminate Flooring
AVOID ! At all cost, honestly getting flooring done is so expensive and this company came ruined my new purchase herringbone flooring by laying it completely wrong! They don’t know what they are doing and have no skill. They are messy dust everywhere my walls sofa cushions, curtains everything is a mess. I stopped them and told them not to come back after paying an initial £600 wish I never paid anything now going to open a dispute. Awful is me being nice avoid these people!

We take customer satisfaction seriously and are disappointed by your review. After three days of work, you asked us to leave when the flooring was 80-90% complete. You raised concerns on WhatsApp but didn’t allow us to clarify. Your claim that we laid the herringbone pattern incorrectly is untrue, as we followed professional standards. Despite completing most of the job without full compensation, we are being reviewed unfairly.
