Skirting Board Installation
Fitted staircase handrail, job done quickly and very well ,price very competitive. Repairs to chimney stack also done well. Would certainly employ again. Stephen Robinson

Work is finished to the expected standard; his team worked hard. However, communication & timekeeping are poor: the increase between his quote and his final figure is huge: he quoted me for labour while I believed he was quoting for labour & material. They arrived late, then worked 'til around 10pm (this finish time was not discussed/notified prior). On day three, they stayed four hours beyond his estimated finish time. Floor coverings were not provided, so the hallway carpet was soiled.

Dear Jalena, I'm sorry to hear you were unhappy. From the start, we agreed on separating labour (£1400) and materials, which you approved and found helpful. Delays were caused by late material supply and restrictions on water and electricity access, despite advance notice. I also completed an extra wallpapered wall at your request, free of charge. You initially agreed to all costs and said you'd transfer the remaining balance, but later withheld £300, saying the job shouldn’t cost that much.

Reza and his colleague did an excellent job fixing my fence and did a small job inside my home . He always communicated well and arrived when he said that he would. I would definitely recommend him for future jobs

Several wardrobe doors required hinges to be replaced. After sending Reza a photo of the type of hinges required he came at the time arranged but with unsuitable hinges. Saying that with my approval he would have to order the correct ones he returned a couple of days later and did a very good job of changing all the necessary hinges without any mess.
