They came for a removal and first fix. Once everything was out, I asked to show them my new new fittings, they said no cause they’re standard items but I made them take a look and was assured everything was fine to go in after the new tiles and micro cement. They came once the walls and floors were finished they came back to install everything, pipes were in the wrong place and wrong side, they ripped out the finished walls. They tried to level the shower thermostat with a wet towel and I asked them to go
