gave iestyn a tricky job tackling an old (450 year old) mid terrace with a rickety roof, sloping walls and 2ft thick walls. he met all the challenges, charged a fair price and got the job done. Can't ask for more.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

Ben communicated well. He arrived at the agreed time and did exactly what he was asked in a very professional and efficient manner. When the work was completed Ben submitted what we considered a very reasonable invoice. Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder
