Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. Quick to make contact after posting the job. Agreed to call at 10am on 11 July. That morning I got a text asking me to call which I did. He was running late and asked if 11am would be ok. He did eventually show up at 1pm as the previous job took longer. He said he would go online to look for a lock and let me know. I have not heard anything since. Very poor service.
