We have over 7 years of experience in the CCTV business and our installing staff are all full-time professionals. OUR QUOTED PRICES FOR CCTV & ALARMS ARE ALL FOR "SUPPLY & FIT" PROJECTS and come with a MINIMUM 12-month guarantee. However, it is essential that a 10-minute SITE SURVEY is carried out with each job quote as all properties are different. The SURVEYis FREE. WE ALSO FIT CLIENTS' OWN EQUIPMENT. HORRENDOUS experience. Sadly Phil is not a bathroom fitter and I now need to pay someone else to fix the problems he has left me with. I was bullied into paying in full, and left the bathroom with holes in the walls, uneven tiles, rotten bricks, leaking grout and an extractor that’s not pulling. I have asked Phil to return and fix the problems and get given excuse after excuse. I asked him to return some money to cover the cost of getting things fixed, not a penny returned. I am now left out of pocket.
I am a an electrician with over 17 years experience. I specialise in domestic, commercial and industrial work, ranging from smaller jobs such as new sockets and lights, to bigger projects such as rewires and fit outs. I completed a City and Guilds apprenticeship when I first started in 2008. I am an inspector and tester so can faultfind, rectify and commission electrical systems.
Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

Mark came out to look at the job and provided me with a reasonable quotation unlike DPW Electrical who just asked for details over the phone, I'm not sure how you can give a definitive quote like that!
