He said he could do work done 2 days just up and left and said he would text me Thursday and would come on Friday and now I am left with work half done as he said he has right to council contract at any time so if I was anyone on here I would not hire as he is a con man I have contacted trading standers as he as used all my pipes and half done work and now saying we have threaten him he meant to have recorded but can't prove it so I would not hire as he told me he could do it but cause another job has call

Dev was very personable and did a fantastic job. He left the place cleaner than when he started and managed to correct a number if short cuts taken with the previous hood installation. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for an electrician

Zero, if possible. Not sure if it’s truthful. I took 3 days off work - didn’t turn up on any day. Claimed death in family on third day so maybe unfair. Still; car broken on one day, need to go to doctors on third, then death on fourth. I’m 3 days out of pocket now! Told me all jobs on hold, who knows maybe my review will help someone.

Ben’s journey in construction started at an early age. He grew up on construction sites alongside his father, who had a long-standing background in construction and worked directly on government projects. This gave Ben an early understanding of construction that came from being around real projects, real trades and the realities of building. He later studied Architecture, developing a deeper understanding of design, structure and how buildings come together. During this time, his passion for timber and craftsmanship became particularly strong. He discovered that what interested him most was not only designing buildings, but actually creating them. Before establishing NOAH Construction, Ben also gained experience working for leading construction companies, where he was exposed to projects worth millions of pounds and was involved in works with values reaching approximately £10 million. This experience gave him an understanding of the organisation, standards and responsibility required on larger construction projects. NOAH Construction was then established as a way to build something of his own. In just three years, the company has progressed from delivering smaller projects to successfully undertaking works ranging from approximately £50,000 to £1 million in value. Today, Ben combines three important parts of his background: hands-on construction experience from an early age, architectural education, and experience working within larger-scale construction environments. His particular passion remains timber and craftsmanship, but his approach to construction goes beyond one material or trade. The goal is to understand the project as a whole, build it properly and deliver work that he can stand behind. For Ben, NOAH Construction is the result of years spent around construction, studying architecture, learning from larger contractors and ultimately turning that experience into his own business. However, once I asked him when he could do the job, George stopped chatting. George has not responded to my email to him either.
