8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.

Steven arrived on time and did a brilliant job of fitting my new double plug, adding a new light fitting to my lounge ceiling and mounted and set up my tv on a wall and all for a reasonable price that we agreed in advance. He FaceTimed me in advance of the appt to visually understand my needs and the job. He was careful, ensured a good clean finish (important to me in a new build) and checked everything properly before leaving. I couldn’t fault anything he comes highly recommended by me. Thanks Steven.

Paul did a fantastic job, after another electrician had completely wrecked the conservatory floor, Paul levelled it, laid an underfloor heating system and screeded it all in 3 days. In future, I wouldn't look anywhere else. Five stars? Should be 6.

The electrician (Chris) was professional, courteous, and diagnosed / updated a tricky consumer panel to a modern up to date model. I found Dan very unprofessional and dishonest, I do not recommend. The two main reasons that can fit within the character limit are: 1) Terrible communication over 3 months for him to finish the job, 2) after he increased the price of the job he ignored requests for a detailed quote, but from basic calculations it is clear that the profit also went up from the previous quote even though he said that would take care of it for no extra charge because it was his fault for bringing fittings of the wrong size.
