Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. Sam and his team did a great job with a full rewire of a house for me. They have done everything I asked at a reasonable price even with a couple of small changes during the job. I have also had two of my neighbours say how respectful they had been towards them, in regards to unavoidable noise and van parking. Laurentiu was polite and professional. Hired to replace a shower unit and screen. The work was not completed to a satisfactory result. The shower unit was fitted but not the shower screen. The work took too long even with the matierials supplied. I am now left without a showerscreen and an exposed water pipe that was originally enclosed. The showerscreen could've been fitted in my opinion but Laurentiu refused to fit it claiming it would leak. I now have to find another tradesperson to fit it.

Miles helped at such short notice and as my Mum is 97, he agreed to come on Sunday to fix her lighting so she’d be safe. He told us his call-out and hourly rate, messaged when he was a bit delayed, and diagnosed fault and fixed it . He explained everything and was very tidy, no mess at all. Would recommend him highly, cost was v reasonable and was very glad to find him.

8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.
