I employed Matt to install a new bathroom. I was very disappointed in the finishing of the tiling (uneven, rough grouting, chipped tiles). The sink was installed after the tiles were fitted therefore the sink was not plumb - silicone was used to fill the large gap between sink and tiles - messy! Nice lads, but poor workmanship.
They ruined my kitchen cut holes where there didn't have to be holes I'm disabled and stuck ìn bed They left me with no water or electricity an noway to cook for a week in this heat I've had to buy new cupboards an pay à plumber electrician an joiner as well to fix there mess if I could give them no star I would

Stay away from this company, £550.00 for two replacement planks of T&G and re-felt of roof and doors re hung. Less than 28 days later felt came off the roof, called ASAP said they would be out 20/03/23 - this day came and went out texts, calls, emails all ignored.

Only half the work was completed, full payment taken, and they promised to return the next day but never did. After repeated attempts to contact them, they disappeared. Another tradesman confirmed poor workmanship, incorrectly installed posts, and damaged panels. Job now costs far more to fix. Unreliable and unprofessional – avoid.

Said he would come back to finish off on the Thursday snd to spray a substance to orevent anythj g geowing back. (he came on the previous Monday). Initially really pleased, but he hasn't come back (it has been 3 weeks since the injtial visit) and he has not responded to any of my messages, even though they show as having been read and now the weeds have already started to grow back, so it's going to cost more money to get someone out.
