Awful work on patio and steps ,11 slabs have lifted. They came out to repair one slab, but omitted redoing the grouting.The one next to it had lifted, said they were coming out to redo it but now not answering any messages I have left.

Keiran and his gang at Smith & Sons are a total disgrace. He demanded full payment upfront (which clearly funded his honeymoon), did the bare minimum, then vanished. No return, no refund, no shame. They’ve taken our money and run – pure theft, in my view. They hide behind multiple business names, which reeks of dishonesty and likely tax dodging. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Avoid them like the plague. I wouldn’t let them near a garden with a bargepole.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!

We cannot rate Bailey of Taylor'd Landscaping highly enough. Our large eucalyptus tree had fallen onto our neighbours' garden during Storm Darragh. Bailey turned up on the Sunday to remove what had gone into our neighbours' garden, and then back on Tuesday to finish removing the tree and another diseased tree. Thoroughly professional, fair price and we would recommend this company unreservedly. He also cemented in replacement coping stones for our neighbours' wall at no extra charge. Five star service.

Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone. Mar came to my home and was extremely polite and professional and was very willing to do any garden work I asked him to do. He removed all the turf from my front garden and replaced it with a weed membrane and stone chippings and now it looks amazing. It was all done very quickly. I would recommend Mark for any garden work. I was kept aware of how much everything costs and I paid via bank transfer which was very secure. Excellent Job Mark, Thank you. Will definitely use again in the future.
