Zakir did mess up the job badly. On first day, he turned up with a guy with strong smell of weed, when I queried about it, he asked innocently ' Is it a problem?'. Thankfully, he later removed that guy from property. I hired him for all the good reviews but my job was done to a very poor standard. He rushed through job though I was asking him to do it properly. All LVT tiles were coming up next day. I tried calling him multiple times to come back and fix it but without any luck.

We needed some buttresses built to support a garden wall. Fred was able to provide very practical help and advice which we were more than happy to act upon. Initially Arbor was efficient, polite and professional. He agreed to everything and nothing was a problem, his work was guaranteed, he would rectify any problems. After we gave him the job, he did not keep to our specification. He underestimated the workload, costs and time it would take. His lack of experience was apparent and showed in his workmanship. There was wastage at extra costs to us. We would not recommend MA paving, they lack integrity, they have not responded to our calls to rectify snags.
