Rich and the team we’re easy to work with on a bit of a tricky reconfiguration. Turned up when they said they would had constant communications on each stage. Would recommend to anyone and will defiantly be using them for future projects.
They said they would take almost all day, but then announced they'd finished after 90 minutes (allowing for 30 minutes when they went away to buy petrol). They hacked a hydrangea I asked them not to touch, left many weeds and fallen leaves, cut off the tops of shrubs without attempting any shaping, and left one tall shrub untrimmed. Then they charged me £350 for 90 minutes of work by two men and a boy.
