Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Do not pay attention that we are new on this website...the experience is ours! We do: rendering, painting and decorating, floors and carpeting, woodwork,tiling and flooring, plumbing, windows and doors, brickwork, electrics.
I recently had my bathroom floor tiles replaced. Chris was tidy, efficient and communication was transparent throughout. Happy with the end result and would recommend Chris to others.

Our build prerequisites were to divide a room & close an open archway, build two extra walls, move steps and a handrail, put in two entrances with doors for the new build and paint & carpet this area. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments. We were thrilled with the speed and finish of this build, and we will definitely use them again.

Daniel provided a competitive quote. I wanted Howdens kitchen and he allowed me to directly deal with Howdens. So in effect I paid the Howdens trader price. The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication.
