Daniel provided a competitive quote. I wanted Howdens kitchen and he allowed me to directly deal with Howdens. So in effect I paid the Howdens trader price. The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it. The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.

My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
