We are really pleased with our newly tiled living room floor. Ryan was very thorough with the setting out, and checked we were happy with the tile pattern and the alignment of the cuts before starting. All the cuts are flawless and the grouting and finishing is really good. All rubble was removed and the working area was well cleaned on completion. Alex did an excellent job removing an old radiator and installing a new vertical radiator in a slightly different position on the wall. He was very diligent, the work to do the pipe chasing got quite dusty, but he kept everything very clean and in good order. Would definitely recommend and use again if I need to

I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

It was a relief to have a builder who doesn't take on other jobs at the same time. Mark and Gaz gave a reasonable timeframe and price and stuck to it. We had recently bought the property and ended up asking for considerably more work to be done than was first advertised. This is largely testament to the fact that we had built a trusting relationship with Mark and had peace of mind that the job would get done well and for the price quoted. Yes his banter was terrible at times but you can't have it all!
