Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I qualified as a plumber in 1999 and have been running a small family business ever since. With private homeowners and landlord owned properties the mainstay of my business, you can rest assured any job large or small will be carried out by a competent tradesman. Timekeeping is also something we pride ourselves on so no more waiting all day for a plumber, 95% of 1 hour time slots are kept and if you have an emergency we can be to you within in the hour.
Simon was really good! He arrived promptly and resolved the issue quickly. He was very organised and tidy with the way he handled the work. He also gave me some advice regarding aftercare. Will definitely recommend to anyone having any plumbers requirements.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
