Received an immediate response to a leak that had become critical on New Year's Eve. John & team came out straight away, put measures in place to prevent the situation worsening and gave a very thorough assessment of the job at a good price. job not complete , heated towel rail not connected , hot and cold tap wrong way round shower screen not properly secure outside pipework is appauling , i would NOT reccomend this fitter to do a ny work AVOID !
