Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We made a mistake by hiring Plumb Monkey for this job. The cost of the job doubled as soon as our old bathroom unit had been removed and the standard of their work leaves a lot to be desired. The shower unit leaks, the sink taps were not installed properly, the silicone beading was done very poorly, the toilet wobbles, the tile grout cracked within two weeks of them leaving the job. Basic errors were made on the first fix which needed to be remediated. Nice enough guys but not very skilled plumbers/bathroom

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by the Kierda Construction. We renovated our porch, toilet and bathroom (completely gutted). Quote was clear. They have completed everything in a timely manner. During the works I wasn't at home, but they kept me updated on everything. Very respectful of the property and high quality work done. Despite encountering a few surprises (lack of isolation valves, dead pigeons etc) the job was done in good time and on budget..
