I can highly recommend Jake. We had a very old boiler and heating system which needed replacing. Jake gave us excellent advice and a very competitive quote. The whole system was renewed and it was a difficult job. Our house was full of complex issues such as chip board floors and dated electrics. Jake dealt with all these issues in a considerate professional manner. I would not hesitate in giving Jake further work. He is a skilled British heating engineer. Lee booked me in to do the work on 3 occasions over a period of 2 weeks and didn't turn up for any of them! I tried contacting the office but nobody was answering the phone, and even more frustrating, the answerphone wouldn't accept any messages. Lee did apologise and promised to ring me this Monday to sort it out - guess what? He hasn't rung me. Totally untrustworthy.

was a bit premature with my review, it is now March and job was started in Nov/Dec. Still waiting for edging to be attached to worktops, after being told they would be done about 4 weeks ago. My wife stayed in all day, but no show and no message or apology. Also wasn't consulted about which way the pelmets were fitted, although there was someone in the house all day. Consequently had to buy extra pelmet so they could be done again, no apology and refused to give the cost of the pelmet. Communication poor.
