Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. All the work Paul carried out was clean and tidy and very professional. A couple of problems were soon overcome with complete ease and efficiency. The overall cost including some extra work was fair. Paul is top of my list for any future gas related work.
