Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Had great initial quote and got the job fitted in quite quickly, job taking longer than expected due to unforeseen issues, job is still incomplete and I am to say the least very unsatisfied with the quality of the work. May now have to get someone in get quote to rectify and finish the job.

was a bit premature with my review, it is now March and job was started in Nov/Dec. Still waiting for edging to be attached to worktops, after being told they would be done about 4 weeks ago. My wife stayed in all day, but no show and no message or apology. Also wasn't consulted about which way the pelmets were fitted, although there was someone in the house all day. Consequently had to buy extra pelmet so they could be done again, no apology and refused to give the cost of the pelmet. Communication poor.

Unfortunately I can't leave no stars ad that is all this so called building company deserves.They are also unable to tell the truth in their response to Our review.No it wasn't a 3mm drop, when he went back to b+q to get more products to further his bodge up My Wife measured the drop(he claimed at the time it was 5mm.can't even remember his own lies)The drop was 13 mm.Ues He came back and had a 2nd attempt to rectify the bodged job,making an even worse mess.By this time We were both sick to death of him

Andrey did a fantastic job replacing our broken shower base, rewaterproofing, retiling with travertine tiles & fitting a new door. Lee booked me in to do the work on 3 occasions over a period of 2 weeks and didn't turn up for any of them! I tried contacting the office but nobody was answering the phone, and even more frustrating, the answerphone wouldn't accept any messages. Lee did apologise and promised to ring me this Monday to sort it out - guess what? He hasn't rung me. Totally untrustworthy.
