Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. The tradesman completed the job quickly and efficiently,. When there was a complication it was dealt with professionally and without any fuss. He even gave me useful advice about using my cooker safely, very thorough and informative.
