Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I was very satisfied with the results of VFurb's external renovation and decoration work, which took 3 weeks in total, extended due to rain. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

Spoke to Colin at 330pm to discuss the job and agreed I would like him to do it. He came round at 730pm and did the repair. He was polite at all times and was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him and will certainly use him again should the need arise.

Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

A previous plumber scared me by implying it was a major job - replacing, retiling, expensive, destructive - so I put it off. I would definately recommend Ian and Annette for their tradesmanship, reliability and efficiency. They fitted a new shower unit, toilet,vanity unit and radiator plus re-tiled the walls and floor in my bathroom , they gave advice and direction with every step, all the old appliances were removed and disposed of. I absolutely love the result which looks great, they were an absolute pleasure to work with.
