Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Geoff turned up on time, well presented van, well prepared, and got on with the tasks quickly. The work was varied, and he tackled all intelligently and diligently, completing more than I had hoped in the one day. Since then he has been back for two more days, and although I haven't been on site to check, again seems to have completed more than I had hoped. In short: Reliable, fairly priced, well prepared and able to tackle a wide range of tasks efficiently and appropriately.
A fast pleasant experience, came out took in what was required and sorted the problem with minimum of fuss. Tidy work. We needed a quick but high class turn around on our bathroom which required a lot of work right back to levelling the floor. Craig and his team did not fail to deliver right the way through from planning to recommendations of materials cheapest is always the best ! Plumber was unable to remove bath facia to fit new taps, he did manage to solve the problem by fitting part of a new set of taps. The facia was damaged, it has been removed and is being repainted.
