Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. BTR were awful. They delayed, double charged, installed the wrong items, left footprints on doors, and told me they had done the works when they hadn't. I was desperate for the works to be done properly as I was selling a house. They haven't paid me back the money I paid them to complete. I had to get someone else in because the standard was so low.

I trained as a teenager in My Fathers Business when I left School, worked as an apprentice for His Plumbers and Gas Engineers (1 of of them was my Uncle) until - I went to college and Studied to Be Qualified Myself. After 10yrs working for my Dads Company firstly as a Plumber then after 5 yrs Got my Gas qualification. A little over 4 years after that, I made the Step to Work for myself and be my own Boss, and Now my eldest son is now also training to be a plumber and renewables specialist. Also Both of My Brothers are Gas Safe Engineers -Keeping up the family Tradition That My Grandfather Started. Now I am training my son in the trade!
